The Greenelle office building was acquired from Klépierre in May 2014. The single occupier of the building (Hachette) had a lease expiry 18 months post acquisition.
The asset benefited from having a prime location in Paris on the edge of the CBD.
The 14,000 sqm office building, obsolete after the departure of its tenant, underwent a full retrofit and was largely pre-let to Imerys before the works were completed. It was sold to a French institutional investor (Amundi Immobilier) in December 2016.
