The Konect project was a speculative development launched in September 2016. Located in the Saint-Ouen business district, the building benefits from a Parisian address and has excellent visibility from the Paris ring road. The micro location is connected by public transport to the RER C and will directly benefit in 2020 from the opening of the tube line 14 extension, granting access to the CBD in three stops.
This project consists of 11,500 sqm of office space, a staff restaurant, high-quality services H2S (HEMISPHERE SMART SERVICES) with outdoor terraces. The building benefits from several labels including HQE, BREEAM and WiredScore, and offers technical specifications of great efficiency. The project completed in Q4 2018.
The project was fully let to two tenants at project completion.
Konect was sold to a large French Insurance Company in February 2020.
