Tangram consists of a land acquisition together with the simultaneous signature of a fixed price contract agreement to develop speculatively 14,300 sqm of office space with ground floor retail. The project benefits from best in class services with H2S (HEMISPHERE SMART SERVICES) and is certified HQE and BREAM.

The project is located south of Paris at the border between Malakoff and Montrouge. It forms part of a wider urban plan including student housing and residential accommodation. Tangram is adjacent to a significant public transport hub (Metro 13 & 4 and Tram T6) and will benefit from the new line 15 of the Grand Paris Express in 2022.

Tangram was successfully pre-let for 60% of the building within the first six months of construction to SPIE ICS for its new headquarter. The remaining part of the building was let at project completion to two additional tenants (Axione and Inbox). The construction was completed in April 2019.

Tangram was sold to a French REIT (Amundi) in July 2020.
