Tangram consists of a land acquisition from Citallios and a simultaneous fixed price contract agreement with the French developer Linkcity, part of the Bouygues group. The acquisition was completed in March 2017.

Located south of Paris at the border between Malakoff and Montrouge, the building will be developed into 14,300 sqm of office space and services with retail shops on the ground floor.. The project forms part of a wider plan to create student housing and residential accommodation.

Tangram is adjacent to a significant public transport hub (Metro line 13, line 4, Tram T6 and a bus hub) and will benefit from the new line 15 of the Grand Paris Express from 2022.

Thanks to its extensive network and a pro-active marketing campaign, Hemisphere has successfully managed to pre-let 60% of the office within the first year of construction to SPIE ICS for its new headquarter.

The renovation works are due to complete in Q1 2019.
