E-conic is a 13,600 m² office and retail building spanning 7 floors. It comprises two independent lobbies, meeting rooms and an auditorium, a fitness room, and wellness areas. The building benefits from a high-end service offering thanks to our H2S (HEMISPHERE SMART SERVICES) expertise.
Thanks to its high energy performance, E-conic has received numerous environmental certifications, including HQE, BREEAM, and Wiredscore.
Delivered in March 2022, the project was 56% pre-let to a first tenant (BIC headquarters) within 9 months of construction starting, and the majority of the remaining space was let to 6 other top-tier tenants.
