Hemisphere launched in January 2025 its platform named Hemisphere Urban Logistics Aggregation (“HULA”) and secured a mandate targeting €500 million of acquisitions.
HULA’s strategy consists of aggregating individual assets or portfolios located in the largest French metropolitan areas. The focus is on existing or development urban logistics buildings, whether leased or vacant, offering value creation opportunities.
Hemisphere focus on value creation, firstly by optimizing and securing rental income, and secondly by institutionalizing the assets (upgrading to regulatory standards, optimization works, administrative documentation, environmental certifications, etc.).
