The Mercuriales Towers were acquired in October 2022.

Emblematic towers of the eastern Paris sector, the project benefits from an efficient and easy access with the metro line 3 (station “Gallieni”) and the motorway A3 / ring road interchange. The asset consists of c.81,000 m² over two 32 storey towers. The retrofit project will accommodate several uses in the towers, all having synergies with one another.

From its location at the doorstep of Paris, its unique panoramic view of the capital city and its monumental size, the Mercuriales project will bring a lifestyle in tune with its time and the evolution of the eastern sector of Paris.

The Hemisphere Smart Services (H2S) concept will be implemented within the asset, integrating many services and harmonizing the several uses of the building.
