Uranus was acquired in June 2019 as part of a portfolio of 3 assets. Uranus is an office building located in the Mont d’Est business district of Noisy-le-Grand. The building is located in the heart of an office and retail district and connected to the tube line RER A and the A4 motorway. The sector is undergoing an urban regeneration program to reinforce its attractiveness. Accessibility will be strengthened by the future opening one tube stop away of three new tube lines of the Grand Paris Express.
