
Prior to Hemisphere, Cédric was the head of Real Estate Investment France at InfraRed Capital Partners and was based in London. Cédric managed both acquisition and asset management activities. Cédric started his career at Aurel Leven Nextstage, a Paris based private equity firm before joining Curzon Global Partners / AEW Europe in London where he operated in the sector of Real Estate investments in the French market. After obtaining an engineering degree from Arts et Métiers (ECAM) and having a first engineering career at Airbus in Bristol, Cédric completed an MBA in Corporate Finance at EM Lyon.
He also holds the Investment Management Certificate (IMC).

Jean-Marc is a graduate of ESPI.

Prior to joining Hemisphere, Ella worked for John Paul, leader in concierge services and part of Accor group, heading up the International Operations team. She also co-founded an interior design business specialising in bespoke soft furnishings.
Ella studied Languages at ULIP University of London Institute in Paris and later completed a business training course in management.

Prior to Hemisphere, Sebastian worked at Boreal IM as Head of Asset Management for more than 2 years and at P3 Logistic Parcs for more than 11 years, including 4 years as Head of Asset Management Western Europe.
Previously, he held positions at AEW Europe, Euragone Asset Management (Union Investment) and GCEI.
Sebastian graduated from the University of Paris Sorbonne (DESS Franco-German Management and Marketing and a Master's degree in Political Science, International Relations) after starting his studies in Germany (RWTH Aachen).

His professional journey began at Coignet Investment Management, where he was responsible for financial control within the finance department. Coignet IM is a Parisian family office specializing in real estate investment, operating in residential, office, and hotel sectors. Following a 4-year experience at Coignet IM, Hany later joined TwentyTwo IM, the real estate management company of the TwentyTwo Real Estate Group, a pan-European investment firm based in the United Kingdom. As a Junior Fund Manager, he actively contributed to the financial management of funds totaling approximately 4 billion euros across various vehicles. These funds encompass a variety of asset classes, including offices, residential properties, hotels, retail, and logistics.
Hany holds a Higher Diploma in General Accounting.

Before joining Hemisphere, she worked as a Financial Administrative Assistant for six years at TwentyTwo IM, the real estate management company of the TwentyTwo Real Estate group, a pan European investment company based in the United Kingdom.
Stephanie holds a BTS qualification in Commerce from ETS Paris and has received training as a Legal Assistant.

Prior to Hemisphere, Katie worked for InfraRed Capital Partners within the Corporate Finance Team.
She has also been a member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants since 2016.

Will was previously an Investment Manager at Sterling Property Ventures working on large scale regional developments for 3.5 years. Prior to this Will was an Associate Director at Balmain Asset Management (now Sierra Balmain), a pan-European Real Estate Asset Manager for 3 years. Will started his career at a niche central London agency focusing on lettings and capital markets.
Will is a member of the RICS and has a BSc in Real Estate from the University of Reading.

He started his career in the USA where he worked for an investment advisor and attorney firm focusing on advising family offices in their real estate allocations. He underwrote and structured deals across various real estate asset classes.
He then joined a French based investment firm to overview its investor relations and business development.
Tugdual holds a master’s certificate in Finance, the FPWM® and FMVA® certifications. He is also accredited by the AMF (Authorities of Financial Markets).

Before joining Hemisphere, Hubert worked as an Investment Manager at Left Bank, where he was involved in the acquisition and asset management of various asset classes (Office, Residential and Retail). Hubert began his career within the Portfolio Management team of CDC Investissement Immobilier and the Investment team of AEW before joining an investment fund specializing in Real Estate in the United States as Junior Fund Manager.
Hubert holds a Master’s in Management from EDHEC Business School and the AMF professional certification.

Xavier has extensive experience in lettings. Before joining Hemisphere, Xavier held the position of Real Estate Director at Babilou and then at OneClinic since 2018, after having worked as Occupier Development Manager at Bouygues Immobilier for 6 years.
Previously, Xavier worked in various roles (Construction, Facility Management, Property Management, PPP) within the Bouygues Construction group.
Xavier holds master's degrees in Real Estate from Essec and the University of Paris-Est Marne la Vallée.

Before joining Hemisphere, Alicia worked in a Notary's office and then in Property Management (offices, housing, high street retail and shopping centers...). Before joining Hemisphere, Alicia was asset manager at APSYS where she managed several Paris Region assets.
Alicia has a Notary degree and a Master's degree in real estate and asset management from Kedge business school - IMPI.

Sacha operates mainly within the asset management activities and is also involved in acquisitions.
Before joining Hemisphere, Sacha was part of the Development team of Nexity Immobilier d’Entreprise, where he was involved in several development projects in the Paris Region.
Sacha holds a Master’s degree from the Paris School of Real Estate Professions (ESPI), with a specialization in real estate financial engineering.

Before joining Hemisphere, he worked as an Asset Manager at Amundi, where he managed officeassets in Europe. He also worked as an Analyst in AEW’s Asset Management teams, contributing to the management of retail and office assets in France.
Danish holds a double Master's in Real Estate Management from ESSEC.


Prior to joining Hemisphere, Oren held the position of logistics broker at NCT, advising both investors and occupiers on the structuring and execution of acquisition and leasing strategies for industrial and logistics properties across Greater Paris Region.
Oren started his career as sales at BNP Paribas REIM, where he was responsible for marketing real estate investment products to a network of distribution partners, while also conducting market analysis with a focus on the office and retail sectors.
Oren holds a bachelor’s degree in law from Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University and a Master’s degree in Real Estate Financial Engineering from ESPI.

Étienne is involved in asset management and technical management activities.
Before joining the team, Étienne started his career at the valuation firm C.E.I. as a real estate valuation analyst.
He then joined the real estate department of DPD France (La Poste Group), where he managed development and technical matters.
Étienne is a graduate of ESTP Paris and holds an Engineering Master from Routes, Canaux et Ports de l’UCLM (Université de Castilla-La Mancha).

Victor operates within the acquisition activities.
Before joining Hemisphere, Victor worked as an analyst at Coignet Investment Management, a Paris-based family office specialising in real estate investment across all asset classes.
He was also part of the Catella Valuation team as a real estate valuation analyst.
Victor holds an MSc in Management & Leadership from the EDHEC Business School’s Grande École Program.
He also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management and Organisational Administration, as well as a Master’s 1 in International Management from Paris-Dauphine University.

Nathan holds the position of Finance Analyst. Prior to joining the team, he gained experience in real estate asset management at PIMCO PRE, where he worked as an analyst overseeing an office portfolio in France and the Netherlands.
He also served as deputy project manager at VINCI Immobilier, where he contributed to the coordination of an office project within the Olympic Village.
Nathan holds a master’s degree in real estate from Sorbonne University (GESIIC) and an engineering degree from the École des Ingénieurs de la Ville de Paris.

Prior to joining Hemisphere, Thomas worked as a fund management analyst at AEW for various institutional clients.
He was also Investment Analyst at Sogenial Immobilier, a portfolio management company specialized in SCPI and OPCI management.
Thomas holds a dual master's degree MSc Corporate Financial Management and Grande Ecole Program from SKEMA Business School.

Oliver operates within the acquisition and asset Management activities for the UK market.
Oliver has a solid background in real estate, having previously worked as an asset manager at Melford Capital Advisors and as a Research Associate at CoStar.
Oliver has a non-cog degree from Durham University.

Leumel supports administrative and operational functions.
He ensures the smooth running of day-to-day activities and provides cross-functional support to the team, contributing to internal coordination, document management, and logistics. Before joining Hemisphere, Leumel held various administrative roles in both corporate and international environments, including at DKT WomanCare Global, a social marketing company.
He holds a Master’s degree in Operational Activity Management from Ascencia Business School in Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration.
