Prior to Hemisphere, Cédric was the head of Real Estate Investment France at InfraRed Capital Partners and was based in London. Cédric managed both acquisition and asset management activities.
Cédric started his career at Aurel Leven Nextstage, a Paris based private equity firm before joining Curzon Global Partners / AEW Europe in London where he operated in the sector of Real Estate investments in the French market.
After obtaining an engineering degree from Arts et Métiers (ECAM) and having a first engineering career at Airbus in Bristol, Cédric completed an MBA in Corporate Finance at EM Lyon.
He also holds the Investment Management Certificate (IMC).
Previously, Alexandre held the position of Investment Director at Cofinance (Private Investment Firm in Real Estate) for 7 years.
Alexandre also worked for 10 years with the Investment Management Company Stam Europe, including 4 years as Acquisition Director.
Alexandre started his career within the Axa group in New York. Alexandre is an alumni of a Dauphine PSL University in Paris (M1 Accounting & Finance and M2 Insurance & Risk management). He is also a member of RICS.
Prior to joining Hemisphere, Ella worked for John Paul, leader in concierge services and part of Accor group, heading up the International Operations team.
She also co-founded an interior design business specialising in bespoke soft furnishings.
Ella studied Languages at ULIP University of London Institute in Paris and later completed a business training course in management.
Before joining Hemisphere, Marvin was part of the Fund Management team at Primonial REIM where he was actively involved in the management and the financing of several funds investing in multiple Real Estate asset classes (office, retail, residential and healthcare).
Marvin started his career as a private banker, and then as an Asset Management Analyst at Gecina.
After obtaining his Master’s degree in Finance, Marvin completed his training with a specialized Master’s degree in Real Estate Management from Paris Dauphine-PSL University.
Prior to Hemisphere, Katie worked for InfraRed Capital Partners within the Corporate Finance Team.
She has also been a member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants since 2016.
Will was previously an Investment Manager at Sterling Property Ventures working on large scale regional developments for 3.5 years.
Prior to this Will was an Associate Director at Balmain Asset Management (now Sierra Balmain), a pan-European Real Estate Asset Manager for 3 years.
Will started his career at a niche central London agency focusing on lettings and capital markets.
Will is a member of the RICS and has a BSc in Real Estate from the University of Reading.
Before joining Hemisphere, Othmane worked as an Asset Manager at Constructa Asset Management where he was actively involved in the acquisition and asset management of assets in the office, logistics and retail sector.
After obtaining his engineering degree from Institue National des Sciences Appliquées (INSA), Othmane completed his degree with a Master's degree in Real Estate Management at ESTP Paris.
Before joining Hemisphere, Nicolas worked as an Asset Manager at Stam Europe where he was involved in the asset management of different asset classes (office, logistics and retail).
Nicolas started his career at Primonial Group as a Property Manager and then as an analyst in the Asset Management Retail team.
After obtaining his Master's degree from the Paris School of Real Estate Professions (ESPI), Nicolas completed his training with a specialized Master's degree in Finance and real estate management at Paris Dauphine-PSL University.
Before joining Hemisphere, Alicia worked in a Notary's office and then in Property Management (offices, housing, high street retail and shopping centers...).
Before joining Hemisphere, Alicia was asset manager at APSYS where she managed several Paris Region assets.
Alicia has a Notary degree and a Master's degree in real estate and asset management from Kedge business school - IMPI.
Before joining Hemisphere, Yohan worked as an analyst at Mata Capital and Wereldhave. Most recently, he was part of the Real Estate team at UBS, where he was involved in the development of the French and Luxembourg portfolio and also worked in asset management.
Yohan holds a master’s degree in Corporate Finance from SKEMA Business School.
Before joining Hemisphere, Amine was part of the buy-side equity research team of Amiral Gestion. Most recently, he worked as an Analyst at Constructa Asset Management where he was actively involved in the acquisition and asset management of assets in the office, residential and retail sector.
Amine holds a double degree MSc in Finance and a Master’s in Management from Grenoble Ecole de Management.
Before joining Hemisphere, Sacha was part of the Development team of Nexity Immobilier d’Entreprise, where he was involved in several development projects in the Paris Region.
Sacha holds a Master’s degree from the Paris School of Real Estate Professions (ESPI), with a specialization in real estate financial engineering.
Most recently, Maxence was part of the financing team of Qilin Cy (formerly Pegase Partners) for which he participated in the acquisition of assets in the office, residential and retail sector.
Maxence is currently finalizing a double Master's degree in Finance and Management from Kedge Business School.
